We have chosen Chester Zoo as one of the causes in Cath's memory due to her love and absolute admiration for all animals. Her entire life she cared for many animals, had that be dogs, birds or fish, in her own home but also on the internet, raising awareness and making donations of her own. She often talked positively about the work of Chester Zoo and supported their efforts to protect all animals, and when the Zoo faced closure last month she was devastated. Not only was their work important to her but we also enjoyed many days out there which I know was very special to us all.
